Event Booking Conditions
To register for the event, you must complete the booking form online. All contact details must be provided at the time of booking. A contract will exist as soon as we receive your reservation.
As an AGI member you are entitled to be invoiced for the event. If you are a non member, payment is required on application. Purchase order numbers will be accepted.
Payments may be made in sterling by:
Cheque, payable to AGI
Debit card (Visa debit and Maestro)
Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
BACS (please contact Maureen Nessling for payment details).
Payments by overseas delegates must be made by credit card.
To qualify for the Member registration fee, you must be an AGI Member and your Membership must be valid at the time you register.
Where a registration contains misrepresentations about entitlement to the registration fee, AGI will reserve the right to render the booking invalid and all registration fees will be forfeit. Misrepresentation about status will also entitle AGI to cancel all other registrations made on behalf of the registered organisation concerned and all registration fees will be forfeit.
Note: each delegate registering as a Member must be directly employed by the AGI Member company concerned. Other delegates, employed by associated companies or as professional advisers to the Member company, will be considered to be non-Members and must pay the appropriate fees.
Student delegates may be required to satisfy AGI of their status in full-time education before registration. Failure to do so will render their registration invalid.
Your Confirmation Invoice - It is vital to check carefully the details of your booking as soon as you receive your confirmation and let us know immediately if any information appears to be incorrect or incomplete.
