Innogistic Re-gains Best Company Awards, One Star Status
Bristol based software developers Innogistic, have begun their new-year on a high note by winning a One Star Accreditation in the Best Company Awards 2011. The company previously held this status in 2009 and was credited as “One to Watch” in 2010.
Dave Roberts, Innogistic’s Managing Director said: “This award is particularly gratifying. In these tough times it is good to know that our team feels secure, happy and enjoys working here. But there is another benefit to this award in that we can attract the best candidates when recruiting in the future.
The ‘Michelin style’ elite accreditation system recognises qualifying organisations by a Star Rating and is organised by the same company behind The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For lists. It measures “staff engagement” within the company by allowing each individual to provide their opinions, anonymously, on a range of different subjects. In order to have achieved this award, Innogistic needed to score a staff engagement rating of between 85% and 87%, which is a tough challenge for any company in these difficult times.
Over 96% of Innogistic’s staff took part and completed the survey during November & December of last year. The survey asked detailed questions around specific subjects designed to find out precisely what it is like to work in the organisation.
As a final thought Dave added “I am particularly proud that Innogistic has been given this award and I am very pleased that the whole team rate working here so highly. It is definitely a good omen for the future.”
