Solihull College has signed up to both Total Solution Mapping (TSM) and Analyst on an initial three year deal.
Solihull College will be using Analyst, the labour market skills forecasting tool to generate intelligence on the changing profile of the local job market, ensuring that their curriculum is focused on key local sectors and the occupations that make up these sectors. Alongside this, TSM, the demographic information targeting software will be used to target marketing messaging and promotional activity to the right groups of learners and employers.
Solihull College has established a modern, responsive and robust organisation which provides the ideal foundation for students to develop and excel. In these challenging and uncertain times for the FE sector, Solihull College saw the need to use tools which allow them to approach strategic planning with a degree of flexibility.
