Informed and DECC Collaborate an Innovative Planning Service for Energy Investment

Informed and the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) have co-authored an article on the highly regarded UK Energy Infrastructure Portal (EIP), which was delivered by Informed for DECC.  The EIP is an innovative hub of internet-based regulatory services that has modernised energy infrastructure planning and development; streamlined the process for delivering vital new investment in clean and green UK energy infrastructure (reducing application time for consents by up to 50%); and ensured effective, transparent communication between all key stakeholders and consultees in the UK energy industry.  The full article titled “The Power of Innovative Planning” can be seen by clicking here and was also published under the headline “Going to Plan”  in the UK’s leading industry journal “Utility Week” (20^th January 2012 edition).
