Not-For-Profit Icing Smiles choose eSpatial for Data Visualization

10 July 2012 - eSpatial, leading providers of powerful online mapping software are excited to announce US-based Non-Profit , Icing Smiles - as a new customer.

Icing Smiles provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child. With over 2,100 volunteers across the US, over 500 cakes delivered in 2011, over 200 volunteer hours donated per week, and more than 12 international countries waiting to create ‘Smiles’  – data plays a huge role in the organization.

As an eSpatial customer, Icing Smiles have already begun utilizing eSpatial’s online mapping software to visualize their data to drive and support their efforts in delivering cakes to children.

So far, Icing Smiles have discovered insight covering their volunteers, bakeries, and critically ill children. The organisation has been able to identify the location of a volunteer in relation to a child on a national scale, a benefit that the organisation anticipate will result in a positive impact on their efficiency and the level at which they reach their target audience.
