Old Woking, November 2005 - Aligned Assets has appointed Rob Harbour as a Technical Support Consultant. Rob will be responsible for the Company's technical support operation and manage the Symphony User Forum.  

Rob Harbour brings with him three years experience in software design and development plus a year's experience in user based technical support.  Before joining Aligned Assets he further developed his skills whilst studying at the Cisco Networking Academy in Sydney, Australia.

"As we grow our user base, it is important to ensure continuity of service and this obviously extends to technical support. Rob Harbour will also provide the link between customers and future product development ensuring that the software team takes heed of users preferences and observations. Rob, brings some key skills to our technical support operation and will also help grow and develop the Symphony User Group," said Phil Gee, Aligned Assets' Commercial Director.
