Sponsor Information

The 2012 conference will be held from the 18th September (Icebreaker) with 19th and 20th September 2012 reserved for the main conference. We will be returning to the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham. This is a purpose built facility and offers us a large 26m x 26m room as a focus for the exhibition and catering as well as excellent presentation rooms and public areas.

Conference packages are now available, prices have been frozen and a new category has been introduced* to give even greater value to our sponsors . A number of companies have already expressed a wish to sponsor AGI GeoCommunity ’12 which is great news. Without sponsorship the conference cannot be as successful or enable us to pass on the low attendance fees that allow delegates from all parts of our geocommunity to attend and participate. In return we want sponsors to have a great event and will do our best to ensure it stays relevant to their needs.

Sponsorship packages will be based on the model we’ve used in earlier AGI GeoCommunity years (details here), but we are very keen to hear from prospective sponsors about what, if any, extras or changes they would like when looking to sponsor the event in 2012.
