Travelling by Car
Easy access from the M1 with ample free parking at the venue.
From the M1 North to University Park
Leave the M1 motorway at junction 26 and follow the A610 signposted to Nottingham. After approximately 2.5 miles turn right at lights onto the A6514 Nottingham ring road (Western Boulevard). Follow the A6514 to Middleton Boulevard and then take the slip road towards the Queen's Medical Centre roundabout. Take the third exit at the roundabout onto the A52, Derby Road. Turn left at the next roundabout (Toby Carvery) onto the A6464 Woodside Road. Turn left at the next roundabout to enter the University Park's West Entrance.
If parking at the EMCC you will need to take two tickets from the barrier. Display one of these in your car and on departure you must go to the Customer Support desk to have your other ticket validated. If there are no spaces available in the EMCC car park you may park in Orange zone areas. You will need to collect a permit from the Customer Support desk of the EMCC.
From the M1 South to University Park
Leave the M1 motorway at junction 25 and follow the A52 signposted to Nottingham. After approximately 4.4 miles turn right at the roundabout (Toby Carvery) onto the A6464 Woodside Road. Turn left at the next roundabout to enter the University Park's West Entrance.

Travelling by Public Transport
Geobus: At the end of conference there will be a ‘Geobus’ to take delegates from the venue to Nottingham Rail Station on Wednesday 18th. The cost will be £3 per person and we will accept cash on the day. Please contact Claire Gilmour if you would like this service so the correct size bus can be booked.
