As well as adopting the AI capabilities provided by the Now Platform®, CGI will also be delivering an improved end-user experience through the replacement of the current self-service solutions. CGI will work closely with ServiceNow over the next 12 months to ensure a smooth transition from CGI’s existing tooling solution.
