Geographic Information: Supporting a sustainable future
We are living through dynamic and uncertain times. With global climate change, mass population shifts and rapidly changing demographics, along with a multitude of socio-economic pressures impacting the built and natural environments, questions around our future are at the forefront of political and social discourse.
This year we are highlighting how location information, geographic information systems, and innovative technologies are being used to help understand the links between people, the environment and the economy. We hope to showcase how geospatial technologies are revolutionising the way we collect and analyse data, as well as aid decision-makers. We hope to illustrate how GI can support a sustainable future for everyone.
Early bird registration for the conference will open in April.
