DESCRIPTION:Building upon ESG successes\nSupporting tenants\, their homes a
 nd communities are at the heart of every Housing Association’s vision. I
 n recent years\, priorities have evolved to incorporate an environmental\,
  social\, and governance (ESG) strategy to enhance sustainability\, reduce
  environmental impact and improve social value. The housing sector and wid
 er land and property market have been making great strides towards achievi
 ng these goals.\n\nThis year’s Cadcorp Land and Property Conference will
  explore ‘spatial insight’ and its role in a range of operational and 
 strategic activities for Housing Associations\, Estate Agents and Land Man
 agement companies. This includes the early detection and prevention of iss
 ues such as damp and mould\, identifying assets where environmental impact
  can be improved\, and enabling customer-led services for residents. Throu
