SUMMARY:Royal Geographical Society with IBG Annual International Conference
DESCRIPTION:This three-day RGS-IBG Annual International Conference attracts
  over 2000 geographers from around the world.\n\nThis year\, the conferenc
 e is taking place online\, with in-person elements if it is possible to do
  so.\n\nRGS-IBG are delighted to announce their 2021 Annual International 
 Conference. They are planning a conference with in-person and online optio
 ns.\n\nThey will confirm by early April 2021 whether the in-person element
 s can go ahead. Given current uncertainty\, we strongly recommend that del
 egates do NOT make any non-refundable bookings until we have made an ann
 ouncement on this.\n\nThe conference will take place from Tuesday 31 Augus
 t to Friday 3 September 2021. It will be chaired by Professor Uma Kothari\
 , on the theme of Borders\, borderlands and bordering.\n\nThe rescheduled 
 Annual International Conference 2021 will start at 18:00 on Tuesday 31 Au
 gust 2021 and will end at 18:30 on Friday 3 September 2021. Sessions and
  papers may be scheduled in any of the timeslots between 9:00 on Wednesday
  1 September and 18:30 on Friday 3 September 2021.\n\nClick here for mo
