How are satellites, emissions data and AI changing the skills needed across the geospatial sector?
Join the AGI Education and Skills group from 10am-11am on Thursday 8 October for a World Space Week webinar with Joseph Post and Ruby Delsignore from GHGSat, exploring how satellite-enabled emissions intelligence is being used to monitor methane and carbon dioxide at facility scale and support practical climate action.
This session supports the AGI Foresight 2030 theme of the “Great Skills Shift” by showing how future geospatial careers increasingly combine Earth observation, satellite operations, data science, AI, visualisation, environmental science and stakeholder communication.
Whether you are a student, early career professional, educator, employer or established practitioner, this webinar will offer insight into the skills, technologies and roles shaping the next generation of space and geospatial data intelligence.
