AGI Northern Ireland Annual Conference 2026

Moving beyond the traditional boundaries of our sector to a future where Geospatial, AI, and Data Science converge to solve
real world problems

AGI Northern Ireland’s premier geospatial event returns on Thursday, 25 June 2026 at Riddel Hall, Belfast.

This year’s AGI Northern Ireland Conference explores “Connected Intelligence: The Future of Place.” We are moving beyond the traditional boundaries of our sector to a future where Geospatial, AI, and Data Science converge to solve real world problems.

  • Discover the Power of Convergence
  • Meet the Future of Tech
  • Bridge the Skills Gap
  • Innovations in Geospatial

We are standing at the threshold of a new era for the geospatial industry. It is no longer just about making maps; it is about building the invisible infrastructure that powers our world. From smarter cities and sustainable construction to protecting our environment and streamlining public services, location data is the thread that connects it all.

Geospatial is no longer a vertical industry it’s the horizontal foundation of everything. Join us at #AGINI26 as we explore Connected Intelligence: The Future of Place. Discover how AI and location data are building a smarter, safer Northern Ireland.

Presentation Opportunities

We invite geospatial professionals, policymakers, and data users to contribute thought-provoking presentations and help shape the conversation on:

  • Discover the Power of Convergence: See how “horizontal” thinking is breaking down silos, allowing location data to empower finance, engineering, and government like never before.
  • Meet the Future of Tech: Explore how AI, Digital Twins, and “conversational interfaces” are not replacing us, but augmenting our abilities. Turning complex data into clear, actionable decisions.
  • Bridge the Skills Gap: Learn how we are evolving from “digital surveyors” to data-savvy leaders, ready to wield the next generation of tools with confidence and trust.
  • Innovations in Geospatial: Highlighting the diverse advancements pushing the sector forward. From pioneering data collection methods and advanced Earth observation to inspiring real-world case studies, explore the broad spectrum of innovation.

Have a great geospatial project or insight that falls outside this theme? We’d still love to hear from you as there may be room for additional topics!
