We are delighted to be join by Colin Morrison, Head of Data, Digital Connectivity Division, The Scottish Government. Colin leads on all aspects of data management, data engineering and data analysis for Scottish Government’s Digital Connectivity portfolio, supporting policy development and national scale infrastructure deployment in relation to superfast & gigabit capable broadband, 4G and 5G coverage. In his talk he will be providing some fascinating insights into how geospatial is powering decision making and delivery of this critical national infrastructure.
