AGI FAQ’s – Lost Password

If you are a member of the AGI and have forgotten your password, don’t worry you can request a link to reset.

Simply click login, as if you are going to enter your username and password and instead click Lost Password to be sent a reset link. Once you have reset your password, you will be able to proceed to ‘Your Account’.

If you do not receive the link within 30 minutes of pressing the ‘Lost Password’ button, you will need to contact the AGI office on for a copy of the link, as your own server maybe blocking the emails from the AGI website.

If you are not receiving emails from the AGI Portal you will need to reach out to your IT department to add the AGI to your company ‘Safelist’. To do this provide them with the following details;

Please be aware that multiple password requests can lead to your IP address being blocked and can result in a ‘Your access to this site has been temporarily limited by the site owner’ error.

As the security has been set at the highest level to protect our members, if you do receive this error you will need to wait 24 hours to allow for the security software to unblock your access, and then you will be able to proceed with your login.
