Cambridge, UK, December 12th  2023, (www.1spatial.com) 1Spatial, the global leader in location master data management solutions that improve data quality and governance, is pleased to announce the latest release of 1Data Gateway for automated data submission and validation.

Data submission can now be scheduled to run once or at a recurring interval, for example data could be pulled from an ArcGIS Feature Service or database connection every Friday at 10PM. This eliminates the need for someone to manually submit data and wait for it to upload, especially in the case of large data packages.

Other features in this release include support for submitting auxiliary files alongside the data to be processed. PDFs, pictures, and other forms of data can now be attached and submitted to provide extra context to data packages. Additionally, the interface is now available in French, expanding the localisation options available for this global data submission platform.

This latest release also supports the launch of a new Esri Add-in, 1Data Gateway for ArcGIS Pro, bringing spatial and non-spatial data validation, analytics, processing, submission, and enhancement all to your Desktop GIS.

Ricardo, Senior Product Manager at 1Spatial says “This latest release makes automatic submission a breeze, and our new add-in gives our customers even more options for how to integrate data quality checks into their processes. I’m excited to see this in use and to see the cost and time saving measures it will bring!”

Robert Chell, Chief Product Officer at 1Spatial added “Once again we’ve delivered a release packed with features that come directly from conversations with our customers; I know they will be delighted with the workflow integration enhancements, and the new scheduler capability. Lots of different users need different levels of automation, and this gives them the options they need.

This release also enables us to extend our 1Spatial Platform to a new group of users, offering a desktop user experience. Customers who already use or are thinking about moving to Esri’s ArcGIS Pro can bring the power of the 1Spatial Platform direct to their desktop GIS using 1Data Gateway for ArcGIS Pro. This desktop option is a great extension to our platform’s SaaS Portals (1Data Gateway), Enterprise Rules Engine and APIs (1Integrate), Location Enabled Apps (such as Utility Network Migration and PAI) and our mobile capability (1Capture).”
