Giving insight into the issues we believe will have a significant impact on our economy, environment and society. The report will both observe and challenge the current role of Geographic Information (GI) in relation to these issues
The AGI Foresight Project 2030 will explore the opportunities and challenges for the geospatial sector over the next five years. Many key people within the geospatial community are already contributing through one-to-one interviews and the AGI Directors are working hard to coordinate the results into a significant, independent report.
The report will be launched at a dedicated conference which will be a day of engaging talks, discussions and networking, with a focus on the future themes that will come through the Foresight project. The conference will be an opportunity to come together to reflect on the key influences impacting the geospatial community.
