I’m a GIS & Remote Sensing professional with six years of hands-on experience delivering spatial solutions across urban and environmental contexts. Currently a Spatial Technician at Kirklees Council, I design and implement spatial analysis, ETL/data pipelines, and WebGIS solutions that turn large urban datasets into actionable insights for planners, operational teams, and stakeholders. My technical strengths span end-to-end geospatial workflows: advanced spatial analysis and cartography, geodatabase design, model-building, hydrology and watershed assessment, spatial statistics, and GeoAI model development. I’m fluent with ArcGIS (all major releases), QGIS, FME (ETL), MapInfo Pro, PostGIS/PostgreSQL, GeoServer, Google Earth Engine, GRASS GIS, and industry visualization tools (ERDAS, Blender, Adobe Premiere/After Effects). I develop WebGIS applications using JavaScript and modern geospatial stacks, and I routinely handle big urban datasets while ensuring robust data governance and performance. During my time running my own GIS business, EminenceGIS, I gained hands-on experience leading projects end-to-end from scoping requirements to delivering dashboards, spatial models, and decision-support maps for clients. Today, I focus on leveraging my strong coding skills (Python, SQL, R, JavaScript), advanced spatial analysis expertise, and ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable geospatial solutions. My research and professional interests include GeoAI, 3D modelling & simulations, land-use and transport planning.
