PropEco has recently launched an API that makes it faster, cheaper and easier to assess the energy efficiency, environmental risks and liveability of residential properties (or locations) in the UK. The API integrates hundreds of sources of enhanced open-source data, unique datasets and proprietary models covering topics including climate change, flooding, air quality, overheating, energy use, exposure to pollution and green retrofit potential.
