AGI FAQ’s – You are trying to access your account and you have received an error

If you are accessing your account for the first time or you have forgotten your password, repeated attempts from the same IP address can cause the portal to block you out and you will be provided with the following error:

As you can image, it is important that we have the security set at the highest level and if the portal encounters what feels like a breach, then the IP address will be blocked.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

You will need to leave access again for a minimum of 6 hours and feel free to try again.  In the meantime, feel free to reach out to the office team on and they can guide you as to why the error has appeared.
